Worker’s Comp Case

When my employer denied my workers comp case I was devastated. Not only did I have excruciating pain all the time but I didn’t know how I was going to pay for all the out of pocket medical costs. Stephen Schneider was wonderful. He patiently explained every detail to me and worked hard to resolve my case. Tonya, his assistant, was also fabulous! She called me often and was always pleasant and helpful, even calling my daughter to explain the process to her, so she could help me also. At 70yrs. of age, I have never been in a car accident, nor have I ever had a moving violation! So, needless to say, that the trauma of being involved in an accident that I did not cause, where my car, (which was only 6mos. old) was totaled!) and I received 2 broken bones in my left ankle that warrented surgery…was nothing short of devastating!
