A Woman Sitting In A Broken Chair Wins $150,000 Settlement.

A Lancaster County woman entered a restaurant and was told there was a wait. She and her boyfriend decided to sit in the waiting area. As she took a seat, the chair broke and she landed on her tailbone and hit her head on the wall. Due to the  broken chair, she suffered sprains in her neck, lower back, and tailbone. She was unable to to anything other than lay on her back without pain or discomfort. The accident led to multiple problems over the next year and a half.
