Car Recalls

Car Recalls by Dodge and Jeep.

In the past few months, the news has been peppered with various car recalls. The most recent recall, for Dodge and Jeep SUVs, came out on Wednesday morning. The Fiat Chrysler Automobile group, which owns Dodge, Jeep, and others, said that the recall is to fix the fuel heater and electronic stability system.

In 2014 alone, car makers have recalled over 52 million vehicles. However, cars are not the only products that can be defective and cause injuries. Over the years toy companies, furniture companies, and more have advertised recalls due to finding out that their products may not be safe. Be sure to get your car checked out if it is listed in car recalls, and do the same for any other recalls.

If you or a loved one has been injured by a defective product, you may have a product liability claim. It is important to keep in mind that a product may still be defective and you may still have a case even if there was no recall for your product. Freeburn & Law has decades of experience protecting those injured or worse by defective products. Contact Freeburn & Law today to find out if you have a case. From injury to resolution, Tonya and Stephen were with me the whole time. Tonya responded to my questions and concerns in timely manner, easing the anxiety that often came hand in hand with dealing with injury and insurance. Stephen explained everything I asked in a relatable manner and was very thorough making sure I had peace of mind. Thank you both. I would recommend this firm to anyone with the need.
