Pedestrian Killed By Car Backing Out of Parking Space

Fox 43 is reporting that a man was killed last night in the parking lot of Swatara State Park in Lebanon County. Bruce C. Fuhrman’s caretaker was backing out of a parking space and accidentally hit him as Fuhrman was walking next to the vehicle. Fuhrman suffered from head and torso injuries, which later killed him.

Although drivers are typically driving at slower speeds in parking lots, there is still a risk of injury or death when a pedestrian is hit. From injury to resolution, Tonya and Stephen were with me the whole time. Tonya responded to my questions and concerns in timely manner, easing the anxiety that often came hand in hand with dealing with injury and insurance. Stephen explained everything I asked in a relatable manner and was very thorough making sure I had peace of mind. Thank you both. I would recommend this firm to anyone with the need.
