In 2005, Freeburn & Law founder, father, son, husband, and brother, Rob Law, died suddenly at the age of 38. It was later found that he suffered from Cardiac Sarcoidosis, though he showed no symptoms and appeared to be in good health. In his memory, the Rob Law Memorial Golf Tournament was created to raise funds for the Penn State Hershey Heart and Vascular Institute.

The 9th Annual Rob Law Memorial Golf Tournament was held a few weeks ago on October 10th, 2014 at the Hershey Country Club. As usual, the attorneys at Freeburn & Law participated in the day’s activities. Workers’ compensation attorney, Stephen A. Schneider, and his team won the tournament! Roughly 200 people attended this year’s event and about $30,000 was raised for the Penn State Hershey Heart and Vascular Institute.

For more information on Rob Law and the event, visit http://www.robhamiltongolf.com/. With another week or so of nicer weather, there is just enough time to jump start your practice for next year’s event!

From injury to resolution, Tonya and Stephen were with me the whole time. Tonya responded to my questions and concerns in timely manner, easing the anxiety that often came hand in hand with dealing with injury and insurance. Stephen explained everything I asked in a relatable manner and was very thorough making sure I had peace of mind. Thank you both. I would recommend this firm to anyone with the need.
