In 2005, Freeburn & Hamilton founder, father, son, husband, and brother, Rob Hamilton, died suddenly at the age of 38. It was later found that he suffered from Cardiac Sarcoidosis, though he showed no symptoms and appeared to be in good health. In his memory, the Rob Hamilton Memorial Golf Tournament was created to raise funds for the Penn State Hershey Heart and Vascular Institute.

The 9th Annual Rob Hamilton Memorial Golf Tournament was held a few weeks ago on October 10th, 2014 at the Hershey Country Club. As usual, the attorneys at Freeburn & Hamilton participated in the day’s activities. Workers’ compensation attorney, Stephen A. Schneider, and his team won the tournament! Roughly 200 people attended this year’s event and about $30,000 was raised for the Penn State Hershey Heart and Vascular Institute.

I would just like to “Thank You” for the help and services you provided to me during my difficult time following my motorcycle accident. Thanks to Mr. Freeburn and his fellow associates I was able to get back on my feet (financially) in a relatively short time. I would highly recommend your services to anyone in need of assistance following an accident like mine. Thank you again.
